Held at Marston Street and 11th Avenue SW, this exciting event features kites of all shapes and sizes, including giant creature kites, battling fighter kites and flowing kite trains. Kite-making workshops, food, face painting and various children's activities are part of the fun, and the public is very welcome to bring along their own kite, or buy one at the festival.
